Ohio State's second half helps them boat race Penn State

WEEK 8:

Ohio stadium was rocking on November 1st as the Buckeyes took on the Nittany Lions. Before the game started, Brutus jumped off a building and ziplined to the field. The Lions got the ball first, but Ohio State's defense stopped them forcing them to punt. Ohio State's first drive ended with a touchdown after Juilan Sayin threw a 14 yard touchdown pass to Jeremiah Smith. The Lions second drive couldn't get going as they punt again. Ohio State's second drive in the second quarter ending in a 22 yard field goal by Jayden Fielding. Penn State would punt the next drive. Ohio State drive would end with a Juilan Sayin 43 yard touchdown pass to Carnell. Penn State would punt after their drive stalled. Ohio State would fumble leading to Penn State to finally get on the board with a 3 yard touchdown run by Nicholas Singleton. Ohio State would fumble on the first play of their next drive leading to another Penn State score by Kaytron Allen as we head into halftime; score 17-14 Ohio State.

The halftime show was about the critically acclaimed Netfilx series Stranger Things. Ohio State's first drive in the second half ended in a 1 yard touchdown run by CJ Donaldson. Ohio State's defense forced a punt on Penn State, first drive of the second half. Ohio State would score once again after Juilan Sayin thew a 1 yard touchdown pass to Bennett Christan. Both teams would punt their following drives. Juilan Sayin would throw his 4th Touchdown pass to Jeremiah Smith. Ethan Grunkmeyer would throw an interception to Caleb Down as Ohio State would run out the clock to win 38-14. Ohio State's next game is against Purdue at 1:00 PM on Big Ten Network.
