Week 6 Toss Boss Picks: Alabama-Georgia, Red River, USC-Penn State
# Week 6 Toss Boss Picks
Three games. Three calls. No hedging.
## 6 Alabama 30, 2 Georgia 27 — Sat 7:30 PM ET, ABC
The game of the year, and I'm not overthinking it. Alabama has won five straight regular-season meetings with Georgia, and the Dawgs haven't won in Tuscaloosa since 2007. Keelon Russell has 10 touchdowns and zero picks in the last three weeks. The storm clears before kickoff, the crowd's feral, and Bama wins a classic. This matches my 30-27 call from the mega-preview — I'm standing on it.
## 1 Texas 27, Oklahoma 17 — Sat 3:30 PM ET, ABC
Red River. Texas is 4-0 and ranked first for a reason; Oklahoma is 2-2 with losses to Michigan and Georgia and might be without starting tackle Fasusi. Arch Manning hasn't been the Heisman guy people expected, but he doesn't need to be — the Texas defense handles this. Sooners keep it close for a half, then the depth takes over.
## 19 USC 31, Penn State 28 — Sat 7:30 PM ET, NBC
Penn State is in freefall — outscored 58-16 since blowing that Wisconsin lead. The White Out will be loud, but loud doesn't fix a broken team. Lincoln Riley needs this one bad, and USC's offense is the best unit on the field. Trojans win outright in a shootout.
That's the card. See you Saturday.
